- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 potatoes, peeled and cubed (optional)
- 1/2 cup oil or ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron strands, soaked in 1/4 cup warm milk

Marinate the meat.
1. combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
