 Mix 1 tablespoon of butter with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fenugreek seeds. Heat until the butter turns golden brown. Then remove from heat and let cool. Stir in a pinch of baking soda to make a smoother consistency. Serve on toast for breakfast. For lustrous hair, massage Fenugreek paste on your scalp and leave it for 45 minutes. Then, wash it off well from the hair.
